What Does Our Typical Workflow Look Like?
Our workflow is refined for maximum efficiency and minimum hassle, using Asana as its core:
You: Film your content and upload the raw footage to your designated Google Drive folder. Mark the task on Asana as ‘Complete’.
Us: We are automatically notified and begin editing. Once the first draft is ready we’ll also upload it to your Google Drive folder and mark it as complete.
Feedback: We collect feedback through Frame.io, a very simple and straightforward platform where you can leave written and on-screen notes at specific time stamps.
Final Delivery: We implement the requested adjustments and upload the final version ready for you to post.
What If You Don’t Like the Edits?
- Absolutely no problem. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that defining a creative style takes a couple of iterations.
It’s completely normal for the first few videos to involve some fine-tuning as we learn your preferences and brand style. Beyond that stage, we take pride in the fact that our clients are completely satisfied with the first draft, requiring only minimal adjustments.
Do We Require a Long-term Commitment?
Nope. We work on a month-to-month basis, giving you the freedom to pause or cancel whenever you need.
That said, we recommend a minimum of 3 months to build momentum, refine your style, and start seeing measurable results. Like any great partnership, it takes a little time for our workflow, style, and content strategy to fully sync.
Do We Offer Channel Management or Strategy Support?
While we don’t yet provide full strategy, ideation, scripting, or title/description writing, we can handle your YouTube uploads so we can track performance and continuously optimize based on what works. And also share strategic insights based on those data and our knowledge and experience with YouTube and business growth. Our goal is to get you the best ROI for your effort and investment.
How Do We Handle Payments? And Are There Any Hidden or Surprise Fees?
- We offer two straightforward payment options: Per-Video or a Monthly Retainer.
- Payments are processed on a monthly retainer either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon final video delivery.
- We value communication and transparency above all. There is only a late fee of 10% that applies for every 7 days PAST the due date on the invoice, and it will be clearly stated in the contract. We guarantee no surprise fees, no setup fees, no rush fees, and no hidden charges in any way, shape or form. The price we agree upon is the final price.
